Your host

Claudia Erni

My mother furnished this holiday home with great care and an eye for detail – and I would like to keep it that way for a long time to come. It matters to me that you feel at home here. That is why I ask you to treat the house as if it were your own. I would be delighted if you come to appreciate my favourite little house, and I wish you a lovely stay in your home away from home.

Good to know

  • Smoking

Permitted outdoors. Please dispose of all stubs in the ashtray provided.

  • Pets

Welcome – please register them when booking. They are not allowed on sofas or beds.

  • Overnight visitors

If you would like to host overnight visitors during your stay, please arrange this in advance.

  • Doors and windows

Please lock the front door and close all windows when you leave the house – this prevents burglary and storm damage. Never hand the keys to anyone else and report any loss immediately.

  • Water and electricity

Sustainability matters to your host: please use water and electricity sparingly and switch off lights and appliances when you leave the house.

  • Kitchen

Please return crockery, pots and cutlery to the cupboards clean and dry only. A chopping board protects the worktops, and please remove any residue from the oven and microwave. Cleaning products are provided.

  • Drains

No hygiene products, waste, food scraps or fats belong in the shower, basins, sink or toilet – they cause blockages.

  • Barbecuing

A gas grill and a charcoal grill are available in the garden. Please clean the grill after use. Charcoal and briquettes are yours to bring; if the gas bottle runs low, a phone call is enough.

  • Garden

The plants are served by a computer-controlled irrigation system and the lawn by a robotic mower. Only the two pots on the terrace are not connected and appreciate a little water.

  • Mishaps

A broken glass will not be charged to you – but please let us know, so the next guests find the furnishings complete.

  • Urgent repairs

It may rarely be necessary for your host or a service provider to enter the house during your stay. This will be announced and agreed with you in advance wherever possible.
